what has happened to Kittows? looks like a collapse,I was there in Sept,anybody photographed the shaft mouth? 3 shafts in there,some signs of investigation,been recording
this mine for 40 odd years,would like to know,cheers.:)

The shaft was "backfilled" with old cars and corrugated iron. This ran in a couple of years ago. The shaft is open although it is very very dodgy, that said it has been descended at least once.
