The other day I was walking along Faulkener's new path towards Pennance in the field at the back of Stack Point Quay and met a fellow dog walker who said [amongst other things] "we recently bought at Tremorvah Heights".
I expressed interest and was assured that "we've had all very good surveys done".
Not wanting to alarm the youngish lady I changed tack and went about views, walks etc. She then said unprompted by me, "a neighbour's garden was starting to sag". Her words not mine.
We parted as acquaintances.
