The other day I was walking along Faulkener's new path towards Pennance in the field at the back of Stack Point Quay and met a fellow dog walker who said [amongst other things] "we recently bought at Tremorvah Heights".
I expressed interest and was assured that "we've had all very good surveys done".
Not wanting to alarm the youngish lady I changed tack and went about views, walks etc. She then said unprompted by me, "a neighbour's garden was starting to sag". Her words not mine.
We parted as acquaintances.

Can the original poster please check his private messages?

The shaft opened up following the site being given the all clear by a firm who also writes "very good surveys".

It is very important that this is acted upon and resolved, rather than worrying over.

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
