the adit is i'm afraid not very interesting - typical beach trial really, but it is accessible by walking at a good low tide.

I've got an amusing one somewhere of Mrs T falling out of the entrance đŸ˜‰

I'd agree it's not the most interesting place but it's very easily accesible at lower tides, probably is about 50m or so, no side passages or anything.

A few sea caves of reasonable size as well accesible off the beach.

There is a load of info on the interweb, however it wasn't a major venture, hence is little more than scratchings in the scenery.
