Does anybody know what these initials stand for? They are embossed on timbers connected with the calciners at Great Wheal Busy. I expect the MC means Mining Company, but what about the others?

I've often wondered what they were all about myself. The timbers I can tell you were part of the mounts for the stamps. Could well have been bought from another mine as so much stuff was back then and will no doubt hail from the last working around about 1917 and through into the 20s mostly for arsenic.

"But I''m not Chinese!"
"Then you must have forgotten something!"

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
