In addition to some parts of the Dolcoath site (raised tramway)
being flattened to build a small housing estate a few years ago, the last vestiges of the rail siding at the Dolcoath rail crossing in Pengegon, Camborne is now being built on, although the gate still remains.
In the next few years other parts of this site wil be changed with the regeneration plan, although buildings maybe protected, does anyone know the situation with the other ruins(Concrete bases for boilers and other machinery) on the Dolcoath site?
Is it safe to come out of the bunker yet?

The short answer to this is I don't know but all the regeneration plans can be found here.

If, as I suspect, this doesn't answer your question then your best bet would probably be to contact them with specific details of your enquiery.
The past is a foreign country: they do things differently there.

The section that is SSSI is where the ground as been left fairly rough, which is prone to flooding. The engine houses are protected. The large field (Its a shame to call it a field, a few years ago it was proper minng land!) as far as I'm aware has no protection, but it is unlikely that it would be built obn due to the extremely high density of shafts - 20 years ago they were all open - gits!

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
