I've uploaded some photos of the cliff workings of the old Wheal Mary Mine at Portreath. I only mention this because you really need two basic requirements for some decent photos here. Low Tide (obviously) and the sun in the N/W. lunchtime only satisfied the former so will have to pop back sometime.
The past is a foreign country: they do things differently there.
