On last night's "Secret Britain", one of the featured sites was Middleton limestone mine - it's on iPlayer at the momentm, about 30 mins in:

They also featured Lud's Church, which up until now has been an unspoilt gem, I'm just hoping the long walk from the nearest car park up the hill to get there puts the casual visitor off....

Lud's church is a super little spot...

I recognise all the bits they go to in there from my visits, you don't really need a map for it but it is advisable!
