Private Owner Wagons... would be my guess.... If it is I will ask a friend who may know but would suggest Historic Model Rly Society (HMRS) or Industrial Railway Society (IRS) as a starter. The GCR mob may have something.....

My friend lives in the village and knows alot about the quarry and area so fingers crossed...
