He does annoy me quite a bit when he shows 'gold' in every video he has done in the Dolgellau goldbelt when it's obviously not.

The guy is a real enthusiast and his videos are always informative and entertaining. Why knock him when he's just enjoying himself?

It may be just me because I run a Linux pc but I'm getting "This video is currently unavailable". Anyone else getting this or do I have to kick start my old windows thingy? 😮

That sounds like you may have a problem with the Flash player in your browser, I've had the same error message when upgrading Firefox on an Ubuntu machine and it lost the plugin for some reason. Try reinstalling Flash and see if it makes a difference.

Don't know why anyone wouldn't enjoy watching Ian's videos ....He conveys a fantastic amount of enthusiasm for the subject he is making the video about and gives a good basic insight into what you might find there.
His enthusiasm is contagious and certainly makes me want to visit some of the places he explores,usually cross referencing with here and M.E.
It's sometimes useful to be able to watch some video footage along with stills of places that you may only be able to visit for a short while .
Well done to him and long may he continue to make clips and post them for SOME of us to enjoy IMHO .
