The 2009 Mine Exploration Calendar is now available.

Please see the Store page to order your copy http://www.aditnow.co.uk/store/Calendars/ .

The cost this year is £14 inclusive of delivery. This is £1 more than last year due to increased printing costs

As previously announced, this year we are giving you the option for the profit from your calendar to go to either Friends of Cwmorthin or North Wales Cave Recuse.

Please feel free to forward this message on if you've got friends, club members or other email lists / web sites you think might be interested. We have plenty of stock, and the more sold the more money raised.

Quote:

How to order

To order, select the calendar you want according to the cause you wish the profit to go to. Note there is absolutely no difference between the two calendars, they are simply listed as two separate products so we can track the donations to each cause.

If you can, please pay online by PayPal. We can take cheque payments if required (please PM for details) but prefer PayPal payments since it makes administration of these voluntary and fund raising activities much easier. Thank you!

Some questions and answers:

Q: Why have we done this?

A: Because there were quite a few people who suggested NWCRO was a worthy cause to support in addition to (and not instead of) the Friends of Cwmorthin.

Q: Will it mean Friends of Cwmorthin will loose out this year?

A: No. In addition to a share of calendar profits, all profits from the forthcoming merchandise will be donated to the Friends of Cwmorthin so we should at least equal, or hopefully exceed, last year's donation of £450 to the Friends of Cwmorthin whilst at the time giving people the option to support North Wales Cave Rescue if they wish.

Q: How will the money be split between these two causes?

A: Every penny of profit from each sale will go to the cause you choose to support. You therefore nominate your beneficiary when purchasing.

Q: Can I make a voluntary additional contribution to either of these causes.

A: Yes, simply by sending a donation via PayPal to [email protected]. When the calendar sale proceeds are distribtuted we will add on any additional contributions received.

Myself and a colleague at work have been less than impressed with Paypal and their security - so will not be giving them my credit card details..someone unsuccessfully tried to use one of my email address to set up a paypal account. When I tried to tell them about it, they were not interested unless I was a registered paypal user!
Colleague has lost money as paypal have been used by fraudsters - was only able to get some of it back, a month later they raised their compensation limit, but she didn't get anymore back.
- What are the arrangements with a cheque?

Is it safe to come out of the bunker yet?

Anybody who wants to pay by cheque just drop me a PM and I'll send you my address. And if you want to pay by cheque and don't have PM access (we do it on request after a spammer registered in order to send junk to people at the end of last year) just shout out and I'll activate PM access for you.

Never mind the one in the photo - we need to find the single headed one ...... it probably did more work.....

...but the calendar is superb! Well done everyone.
