Just thought a few well wishers might cheer Ben up after he had a very hard night out on saturday to celebrate his birthday. He couldnt go digging cos his hip joint was badly inflamed, brought on by lengthy explorations in Parys and followed by the dreaded pipes of Great Orme.. The doc. has given him some nice little pills and told him to take 2 weeks off and sit in front of his computer talking to people on Adit Now - rather than going mining..
