I have jumped off higher bridges than that so im game for a long ab! lol. but im sure for training purposes it maybe a little extreme for us!

Perhaps we could work our way forward from the shortest drop in stages. One good thing there does not seem to be any water passing under the arches, unless the photo was taken in a summer draught.
