For the first time ever public visits to the Rhydymwyn tunnels has been allowed.
These will be guided tours on fixed dates.

Having inspected these tunnels many times, I think you will be seriously underwhelmed.
They are just bare stone tunnels, no features like Drakelow.
Not a drop of mustard gas in sight......

This years trips had over 100 more applicants than they could allocate spaces! :thumbsup:
They can not open any more this year due to DEFRA policy.
So start planning for next year if you are interested.
