Hi, my name's Rostam and I find myself in-between jobs (it's a long story) and find myself a long way from the comforting caves of Alyn, Minera or Derbyshire. I'm keen to get underground and am often free. Anyone regularly go underground this far west/is there a group I should join?

Experience wise, I've done approx 200 trips in 5 years, can rig, bolt climb, cap etc. Looking to improve my fitness as a bit overweight from 5 months out of action due to broken foot, so loads of SRT preferable 😉.

There's us lot from the thursday nighters! We're North west based, but we do mostly mines (far more civilised!).

But just keep an eye out for the thursday nighter threads, we do all kinds across the north west!

Hello again Rostam,

Cheers for your help on that drunken night in the TSG a few weeks back, i think your teachings did the trick as i went on to pass the course!

As alerady mentioned above, get out with the Thursday nighters. They are a good bunch and if i ever find myself accross the border, i try to join in on the fun!
