The Snowdonia National Park Authority must re-appoint the membership of both the North and South Snowdonia Local Access Forums by April, 2008.

I am not sure what this is about?
Is it overground or underground access?
I have never hear of this before, could you please tell us more?

Put "snpa access forums" into Google and follow your nose. It's to do with the CROW Act, which is highly applicable to Gwynedd; I don't know how it would apply to your area, Roy, but it might be worth investigating.
