Don't know if anyone has noticed, but the ladder leading from floor C via roped manway to DE has split almost through on the right hand side near the bottom couple of rungs. Won't be too long before someone has a bit of an accident! 😮

Thanks for the warning. Must admit I didn't notice last weekend.
I did notice that it had been jammed in a bit so it wasn't so wobbly.
I guess a combination of it coming unjammed (very likely) and the thing failing would certainly not be a pleasant experience 😢
