I have just aquired a Premier of Leeds Type 10 miners shaft lamp , it's by far the biggest lamp i have had so far , at a full 14" tall (not including hook) 4.75" wide and weighing in at a massive 3kg with a 5 wick burner , it's huge
My question is has anyone ever seen or had a bigger British miners lamp ?

I know Maurice Dawson has an enormous one he calls big bertha , but it's not of these shores

thanks Andy

I presume he means 120,65mm if it has a mass of 3kg. 😉

It's not the size that matters, it's what you do with it 😉
