I have been asked by a few people who would like to have freedom to look around - we need a minimum of 50 bodies and the current charge is £10.00 a head

i'm looking at December to do this are there any takers until we reach the magic number it wont happen?

I'd be very interested, i missed the last one.

I'm sure that you won't have a problem getting 50, there are plenty of people out there that would love to see this place.

It could be worth cross posting on other forums, a few that I know of are

We'll do one for next April or May. Definitely :)

The last one was April (or May) 2011 and at the time we figured doing another one in a couple of years would be about right.

Was a nice time of year to do it as well - sunny outside and a couple of trade stands for added interest.

Shall we say April/May for next year and aim for another big group trip?

Mike's organising a December trip - I didn't get the Mining History List digest until midnight ;)

We'll probably still do one next year as well if there's demand.

I would like to go back. I don't mind when, but I'll only return once.

If it's a weekday, it'll have to be next year as I'm fresh out of leave 😢

its down to the owners and so far nothing has come back - this time it will be booked at whatever date and will be a saturday .

I have offered this to Sub Brit, Mining History and Adit now members and should reach 50 now
