Hi folks,
I'm off on my hols down to the Lyme Regis area next week and i was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere interesting to head underground that way? I've spotted Beer Quarry Caves but they look like that's tourist trips only- is that right or is there access for cavers/mine explorers too?

thanks! :flowers:

The Stone mines at Beer (Beer is a place OK  ) you have to pay, it's a public one or there's the old railway tunnel at Sidmouth (the cliff fell down and gave access to it.

Enjoy

PS :offtopic: but I was on my way to the Folk Festival at Sidmouth and looked on a diving web site to find out if there were any decent shore dives to do there and the best thing the divers' had to say about it was there was a folk Festival  No matter I used the cylinder to inflate my bed!
