Is this the remains of a powder house James ?

It could be a blast shelter, Dinorwic (also Plas Y Nant) had similar designed blast shelters.

it could be either there was a square building with windows to the left. just a short distance behined a very long tunnel at the foot of a large tip.wich makes me wonder was it a powder house built for the driveing of it?
