I have been down into the Talybont deep adit today, firstly to inspect the access shaft ladders etc, all OK, and also to bring a skip out to redeploy in Wilkins where I am digging out the oil drum.
I took the opportunity to try out some of the new kit while I was down there. The Fujifilm XP120 dive camera, a mini tripod that fits into the pocket but extends to about 4 feet, and the diffusers.
Torch as in the photo above for fill in light, and the Scorpion X12 with diffuser fitted.
The camera only does automatic, so I set to program mode, turn off the flash, and set sensitivity to ASA 100. Below is the result.

I recon it looks good. I also want to experiment with making a diffuser for the Imolent DX80 as I recon I can set the thing on a rock and snap away with the camera.
One thing that's coming out of all this is that you no longer need a caplamp with bare emitters, diffusers work just as well and can be snapped on and off at will.
So there we are, old dog, new tricks.
My avatar is a poor likeness.
