Does anybody want any Luxeon III leds?

I've got 24 of them from StenLight upgrades done over the past few months.

For sure they're not the latest and greatest, and they are used, but might be of use to somebody for a DIY lighting project.

Anybody want them?

Jagman, Speedy (even if they're not Q5s :)) if you want some just PM me where to send them and about how many you want. There's 18 or so of them left.

They're all used, and can't absolutely guarantee they work, although the Lux III is pretty bomb proof and happy being reflowed quite a few times.

Thanks Simon, kind offer.
I used them on the first lamps I made when I was first introduced to proper mine exploring 2 years ago, they worked fine and I have yet to kill a single one. As you say, pretty bomb proof.
Perfect for anyone wanting to have a first time play.
What's their rated output, I'm thinking it's around 80 to 90lm at 1A?

If you have any left I'd like two or three. They should do nicely in the Oldam head I have lying around.

No, older than that, from the original Luxeon III S7 StenLight.

The R70 used the Rebel 70 edition. It still does in fact, but Excellent Stuff opted only to sell the R100 edition because there wasn't that great a price difference, and nobody wanted the R70!

Yes, 80lm at 1A. I've uploaded a datasheet for them for anybody having a play: http://www.aditnow.co.uk/documents/Personal-Album-1/Luxeon-III.pdf

This batch is all spoken for now I'm afraid.

There will be others though as more old lamps get upgraded.
