Does anyone have any info on this mine please. I have moved into a converted barn next to mine offices and I am interested in exploring the history of the mine. Thanks.

In addition to Dave's recommendation, I would also suggest you get a copy of Nigel Chapman's book - The Van Mines. It can be obtained from Mike Moore's Bookshop:-

My grandfather used to drive the steam train up to the mine. They nicknamed the engine "The Fan Donkey".
