The film was released in 1966 if that helps.

I thought all the slate footage was Dinorwic. Where are you seeing the others?

Stradey Level, Llanelli, filmed in 1966 a year prior to closure.

See these threads from 2010 and 2013 for detailed explanations correcting the mistaken belief that it is Pant Hywel:

https://www.aditnow.co.uk/community/viewtopic.aspx?p=121941&txtSearch=stradey&lblnWhere=all&lblnMatch=any#msg121941

When in the late 1970s I surveyed the brickworks the tramway had supplied with coal and clay, workers told me of a 1960s film unit visit but I failed at that time to trace the film. I later saw stills from the film and still failed to identify it. It is extremely satisfying after over 35 years to finally identify the film: "Forward to first principles", Anvil Films for British Transport Films, 1966, producer Edgar Anstey, photography Terry Gould; the clip commences at 1.03.46 with a horse pulling two trams of coal emerging from the level, they are then shown travelling south until at 1.04.25 they start to pass beneath a road bridge, the clip ending at 1.04.36 just before they would have emerged from beneath the road.

Many thanks for posting this link - it's been a long wait to lay this query to rest!
