I have just picked this up from Darkplaces.
Dark Prince, aka Dom Jackson died on the 3rd of October 2015.
Dom had a stroke and was sedated in hospital in the hope he would recover, however he never woke up after sedation was removed.
I would often bump into him by pure chance, it could be anywhere, Box, Manod wherever. Very sad.
