A quick search does not turn anything up.

I suppose you could just add it?

I'm sure it is in the Ecton Mines book (landmark).
Although I was amazed it wasn't already in the system on here
I went in a mine once.... it was dark and scary..... full of weirdos

When do I get my soapbox, I need to rant on about some b***cks

So did you find anything down the incline shaft, or did going in just kick up the silt and reduce visibility to zero?

Yep the viz on the return journey was pretty grim, this is why we spend a LOT of time training on laying line, without these you would find it impossible to find your way out.

Anyway for the curious ones amongst you the almost vertical incline went down to 90 feet and the stopped dont know weather this is due to collapse or just stops, as we only had a few seconds before the falling s***t caught up with us:curse::curse: and the vis had gone, reeling back out i can tell you was not for the faint hearted, but nothing ventured nothing gained and all that ๐Ÿ˜ž Rare pic guys I am the one usually taking the pics LOL;D

Oh well, Mel Milner (DCA conservation officer) has been considering trying to pump it out for a while so maybe we need to wait for that to see if it's a forefield or a collapse.

I'm assuming it was an attempt to intersect the pipe that the upper adit goes into and hoping it was rich at depth like Dale mine. Now there's another flooded mine in the locality.....
