Note the series Land Rover parked on the access road - looks very much like the vehicle in the BGS photo in Dunham - but then I guess they all do. Cant quite make out the car by No1 winder, could be a Mk1 Cavalier, they did make them in that dung colour.
The 2 blue minibuses parked near the electrical building - these look like USA school buses. Not that uncommon in the late 80's - I remember Bobby Iles had a yard full of them!
And also visible is the orange rock truck under the spar hopper - see Frazers Hush album for a good view of this truck.
In front of the minibuses there is a row of fence hurdles suggesting that the track to Frazers was not well-made at this time.
The spoil tip from the Firestone incline is enormous, dominating the yard. Must have taken a while to shift that lot!
All looks a bit different today! :(
