Please Simon can you fix it to add Diamonds to the mine produce list. I've been waiting to upload some pictures of The Premiere Diamond Mine for over 2 years now 😢 That's all they produce, apart from road stone, which doesn't really command any interest.
I dare say there are other mines who's sole produce is gems of one sort or another such as emeralds or opals.

If everybody who requires new mineral types could list them here by 1pm I will take some time off work this afternoon to add

I'm currently rebuilding large parts of the site to future-proof it. I'm working on a new home page at the moment, and then the entire mine search / map search / mine home page system is being replaced. And from there on it'll be much easier to add things like new mineral types. At the moment it's a bit of a mare with the need to add code in umpteen places.

Actually more a case of the reactive way I wrote the site in the first place. Responding to each and every request for new features, usually from people who are long gone and never used them. End result, too large and complex a site. This is what I'm addressing at the moment.

Arsenic is already in the list.

The following mineral/product types have been added to the database:

Asbestos
Diamond
Opal
Other Gemstone
Uranium

That was the sum total of the requests in this thread and the other one where new mineral/product types were requested.

What about mercury, as requested above by NewStuff?
We've got Almaden, New Almaden and Idrija mines on the database already, classified as "other rock".
