You may be able to get a copy direct from the publisher - ALD Design & Print, 279 Sharrow Vale Road, Sheffield (0114 267 9402). That's where I got mine. Be happy to copy any bits for you if you can't get hold of one.

I got the email address form Rikj and sent an e-mail to [email protected] on the 14-8-12.
We exchanged e-mails and I sent my cheque and the book arrived on the 17-8-12. That is good service.
The book is A4 landscape format with 121 pages. It also includes some plans which is a change.
The cost is £13-00 from
