It is a good record of the mine. It looks like Frasers rather than Groverake.
When I was last underground in both, the latter had been partially closed down and all production there was obtained by re-robbing the existing stopes.
The major production coming from Frazers. They connected underground anyway but I cannot remember on which level.
The last owner also owned a quarry and ran it at a loss hoping for a revival in the price of spar.
He also came from a local mining family and realised with the mines closure it would be the end of commercial spar mining in the Dale.
At the present time only the Rogerly mine produces spar and this is only for the specimen market.
However a good pictorial record.
