Hi folks, it looks as though we don't have a taker for the final SRT training place. Because the groups were completely arbitary, it's not really fair that one group pays less because the cost is split four ways than the group with only three people. How do you all feel about splitting the cost between you all- works out as £34.29 each? :flowers:

Group 2- that's Driod, Ogof addict and Lister- i haven't heard anything from you guys. Do you still want the training?? I need a date from you that you can all make, if you need a starting place; can you all make the 16th of April?

sinker, what srt stuff do you need? ive got a spare harness, helmit and foot loop if thats any use to you

Toppo,

I have climbing harness but nowt else! Just haven't had the time to get it all sorted out! It was mentioned that the instructor had 1 spare set of everything so I was hoping to borrow that just for the day. Thanks for the offer :thumbsup: Will let you know before the day if I need it :thumbsup:

I'm fine with splitting the cost if someone doesn't take the last place.

sinker... I have my own kit, EWJ has a full kit, and then some, we won't be needing to use the Instructor's kit. If my Anthron plays silly buggers underground, I'll use the fig8 (or bounce down the rope).

I fear / hope I shall be underground that day, otherwise it would be good to get some proper training.

That said, it's also Mrs.Van's birthday that weekend, so I'm in enough trouble as it is...

Hey Sinker- i've now sent the contact details for group 1 to Gethin, so expect to hear from him soon. Its probably best if you sort out with him directly about borrowing spare kit off him, but he did say he had one spare set, so shouldn't be a problem. :thumbup:

Hi Vanoord- you hadn't said you were interested in the training- are you?? If so we'll add you into the group and sort out a day everyone including you can do- no excuses now... :lol:
