Minerat, I sent you a PM about this, but not had a reply yet.

I know this being cancelled is out of everybody's hands, but do you have the phone numbers and email addresses of everybody who was going? We can't assume they'll read the forum tonight and so they need to be told to save them a wasted journey tomorrow.

I've let DaveL know, unfortunately he's already in Whitby, but aside from Moocher (who has seen it is cancelled) I don't know who is on this trip and they do need telling...

I went on a 600 mile round trip, and all I got were these lousy photos. 😞

(The main roads and bus services seemed to be OK, but the trains between Middlesbrough and Whitby were cancelled yesterday and today.)

I feel I must appologise about the boulby trip. I cancelled the previous Fri, knowing the weather was going to be bad. (and it was) I invited the aditnow members due to what I was informed a cancellation from the people that were origonaly going.I dont know many people on aditnow personaly or their names oe fone nos. I assumed (wrongly at the time) that they would be logging in to check for updates. It was Simon who informed me that most didnt know what was happening and he managed to get in touch with some who then informed others, which is not a good system. I wanted to flag this up last week-end but have been in bed till today with labyrinthitus. so I appologise to anyone who was put out by trip. It was an act of kindness that fell into chaos. once again I appologise. :surrender: :surrender: :surrender:

Hi Minerat

What about another smack at a trip to Boulby?.

Perhaps if it was advertised using the Auditnow "Event & Meets" function it may be helpful for any cordination etc.
