What we are experiencing is the last few phases of a plan started decades ago where the only 'way out' is a Global Government.

Except that doesn't acknowledge thefact that most of the world hates their neighbours.....
I'm not arguing that isn't the plan but I would say its lunacy.

A Global Government will happen as soon as they have finished pulling the World's most powerful and richest nation to bits. 'They' will step in and take control when the Dollar collapses.

You could draw a parallel here with the UK being the 'world', and the 3 nations being the 'countries'. Global government is hardly a resounding success here, with devolution and all that

Perhaps there shoud a system where we take it in turns to rule the country every 5 years or so, England would not mind being patronised by the Scots or the Welsh 😉

Just remind me where Gordon Brown is from ?

In fact, a quick look here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UK_Parliament_constituencies_represented_by_sitting_Prime_Ministers

gives me:
Wales: 3 (11%)
Scotland: 5 (19%)
England: 19 (70%)

Which when I compare with the population makeup of the UK:
Wales: 5%
Scotland: 9%
England: 86%

I think actually I am the one being patronised.

And that is before I read about the Barnett Formula....
Living in the East, I am right royally shafted. I think I want Independence for Cambridgeshire and b*gger the rest of you. :curse:

Most fora automagically turn an http into a link.

Here it is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UK_Parliament_constituencies_represented_by_sitting_Prime_Ministers  - I took the number of PMs since 1902

Population of the UK can be found in lots of places.
