Can anyone fill me in with any details of this company. I've tried all over the place (up to now none of them the right place)
and would be interested in any info at all. The graphics on this billhead are astounding and take longer to read than the bill!
They don't make 'em like that any more!
Mind you, I'm not too sure you could get away with the bit in the bottom left corner today though 🙂

I'm not sure that this will get you much further but I think this company made case law as regards patent legislation.
try searching for "Reddaway v. Banham" it may be of help

Not able to give you a lot but Frank Reddaway became quite famous in law circles following a House of Lords ruling. The full details are here:

An article from Frank Reddaway's factory was received by the Salford Museum & Art Gallery from a former employee of a firm that bought Reddaway's mill out.

address of welcome to Frank Reddaway Esquire J.P. The
leather bound address is dated 29 December 1890 and the
donor, Mr. J. Addison Smith, was a past employee of George

Frank Reddaway and Co., which from 1879 operated out of
Victoria Mill, Cheltenham Street, Pendleton, was a leading
manufacturer of ?re hose and cotton and camel hair belting.

Thanks very much for the info Peter, This site consistently comes up with the goods.
It's heartening to know there is still a close knit stalwart community spirit out there willing to help the like minded amongst us. I'll be spending some time looking up this court case over the next few days.
