Noticed that Aldi are selling wetsocks at £4.99 a pair on Sunday.

Don't suppose the quality is great but for that price you can't go far wrong, particularly if you wear a pair of cheepo walking socks over the top to protect them.

Regretably they don't have camo(!) ones like GoOutdoors used to sell so these are only of partial use to true mine-explorers... :zzz:

Equally good news for anybody who likes to find the occasional finger of Filipino child within the stitching on their clothing! :o
