A new event has been added to the Events page.
Event name: Lofthouse Colliery Heritage Trail OpeningDate & time: 30/11/2013 at 10:00Details: The new heritage trail opens on the old Lofthouse Colliery
site with lots to see on the 30th of November, 10-00am.
A parade sets off from the Pit Wheel up to the new memorial
behind a brass band and several mining banners .
After the parade a buffet and entertainment will be held at the
Lofthouse Gate WMC .
The full day as been organized by the Lofthouse Colliery Action Group. All people wishing to come will be made welcome.
