beg, beg, grovel, grovel....
I'm currently working on my degree design project trying to make a watch from slate (just the body part). If anyone has any decent pictures of slate artifacts/news paper clippings etc that could be used to add interest to my portfolio it would be a great help!

I have a book called 'Welsh slate craft' by the one and only Alun John Richards. ISBN 1-84527-029-0 £5.50 There are some pictures of things made from slate. Its a new book so no need to search too hard. I bought my copy from 'Piggery Pottery' at Llanberis. Yes i did paint a piggy and brought him home with me!
