Yes. For each mine entry in the database there is an Upload Photos tab.
You also have a personal album for general stuff not tied to a particular site. It's under the My Aditnow tab on the main page.
Only caveat is that uploading photos may not be turned on by default for new members. Might need a mod to enable it.
