Looks like it. Keep your head down! Croesor and Llechwedd Quarries had overhead electric quite early on although I'm not sure that the latter's system extended underground.

Yes 650 volt. Track haulage on the two main haulages (505m and 405m) was a legacy from the former communist system. It was gradually replaced by trackless methods from 1995 onwards. Currently all LHD / Truck.
