Ok guys all is booked with celtic royal balance is sorted. Thanks for your cooperation these past few manic weeks.

Just as a reminder arrival time for 1830 hours sit down at 1900. I will post closer to the date (17th December) directions to the hotel.
And any other info i recieve from the hotel will be posted. Those with specific requirements/requests have been noted and all info has been passed.

Just over 1 week away now to the event!

Arrival time for 1830hours. Sitdown is at 1900. As i said menus with dietary requirements have been sorted. The hotel has the information.
Parking is avaliable at he rear we shall all assemble at the bar or main reception (use front revolving door)
