Just wanted to give a quick plug for Cofio Cwmorthin Remembered.
Mel Thomas has recently been successful in securing a sizable donation and they've recently repaired the chimney at Cwmorthin Terrace that was in imminent danger of collapse.

I think this is fantastic.
Consolidation work is necesary to prevent continuing decay, and should be done without 'sanitisation' of a site.
I think that there is every sign from previous discussions that things will be done this way here.

Yeh, it's amazing news. And from what I hear, they're now looking at Capel Y Gorlan, which could be worked on by Christmas!!
