In case anyone is interested ...

As part of their model railway exhibition this coming weekend (1st–2nd March), the Welsh Slate Museum at Dinorwig Quarry, Llanberis, will be operating the restored Vivian Quarry V2 incline. There will be replica quarrymen pushing slate wagons on and off the incline carriages and using the traversers.

As far as I know admission to the whole event is free – there is certainly no charge to see the incline in operation and chat to the workers.
