Now then... who's up for an underground trip this Thursday PM.

After two (mostly) surface trips the last couple of weeks the concensus was for a hardcore wet, muddy, srt epic... Or perhaps a nice mooch round a slate mine and a swift half afterwards 😉

Well I'm up for either, if it's a mooch round a slate mine a non SRT friend may want to come too.

Light thinks it travels faster than anything but it is wrong. No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it.

How about a look at the other part of Rhiwbach? The pit and separate set of workings. Small I think. But looked interesting from Teigl's video.
