- Nothing to do one day over the weekend
- A burning desire to get a good day underground in
- Any ideas for a day out to somewhere new

Probably going to Hendre Ddu quarry, Aberangell, on Saturday (maybe just for the afternoon as I don't think there's that much to see there).

Busy Friday and Saturday (Easter egg hunt 😉 ) but Sunday is looking ok? Early start and travel somewhere further afield? i'll have a think.... :blink:
Any news of the mythical Vanoord creature....? Could he be tempted out....?

Hendre Ddu isn't bad actually. If you find the bottom adit there is a reasonable amount to see and there is an area where you can get into a higher level inside)

There are also a few adits above; around the tiered quarries (which run around the back of the holes/twlls) - one of them had a rather dicey downwards connection into a possible area too.
