i will meet you all at the pub carpark 18.30 .but you may have to jump in with each other as theres limited parking at the mine. refreshments will be in the Glan y afon pub Milwr should anyone care for a pint afterwards and its conveniently right next to the a55 for everyone going north :thumbsup:

It was a good night, I thoroughly enjoyed it, despite the drops i should really have expected. Something different for a few of us used to mainly Slate. Looks like a rabbit warren in there. Knew I should have packed the knee pads though!

I took a total of 1 picture, as I was more concentrating on not falling down holes.

Many thanks to Moocher for the required persuasion to get me over said holes heading downward that I was none too keen on.

Many thanks to Marty for a good wander around, and Les for letting me snag a lift.

I just need to prevent the missus seeing the state of the clothes until I can fire them in the washer!

A pleasant evening.
So, next time we need parking for 50 cars, a coach to ferry us to the entrance and the chip van needs to be actually frying, not just smelling of chips....

spoke to bryany? last night about bog mine so ive put a trip on next thursday if anyone is up for it.
a cracking mine system, quite sporty up fixed ladders, along levels and through stopes.
