I have uploaded the final part of the Coniston Copper Mines Re-Discovered series to the Coniston Copper Mine page.

Part 3 continues the exploration of the Paddy End workings, which includes the discovery of Levers Water Mine, the important breakthrough into the Top Level Extension and exploring the Brow Stope workings. As with Part 2 there are excellent mine plans, cross sections and photographs.

I would like to thank the author again for going along with my initial idea and for allowing me to add these articles to this site and thus reach a large mining history audience.
