I am currently restoring the Sample House at Geevor, and as part of that I am looking for photos of ex samplers to display there. Has anyone got any of Dick (preferably underground at Geevor) that I could use?

Would that be when he was collecting speckies for his own collection or actually doing some paid work!

A combination of both I think, he was sampling there a few years before me, did a few 'trades' with him after he went dealing full time. Problem is that we thought we could take photos at any time as the mine was going to be there forever!

Hi Colin,
You may be aware that the now defunct, magazine, Mines & Minerals, did a 'special edition about Dick'.
There are pictures of him underground with his colleagues, as well,as a lot of other information, about his collecting prowess.
The number is No31, and it was published in 2010.
