Yes please I have been interesting in the Brendon Hills Iron Mines since 1976 when I first walked the length of the mining field while on holiday.
Peter, when was your last visit? if you've not seen the latest conservation work (completed 2010) then I'd recommend a return trip, they've cleared some of the incline, uncovered and restored a ventilation flue, cleared and improved access to the remains at Langham Hill, provided more interpretational info at the mine sites, incline winding house etc.
