It’s always struck me as a suitable name for a new SRT device. Somehow doubt that the Petzl Pangolin* will be hitting the shops anytime soon.


*mind you if it does, I expect a fee.

Pangloins are cute, Peccaries are a different kettle of fish, according to Gerrald Durrell!

(Although he did have a Peccary called Gregory who was very polite.)

I though a Peccary was a female contraceptive device. Imagine my confusion:blink:

If you keep one in your bed it may well make conception much less likely.

It was Gregory (technically Greggery) that I had in mind. Funnily enough, his day job a a 'trendmonger' now seems to be one of the most popular occupations out there - not bad for 1974.
