I wonder whether anybody with local knowledge would be prepared to put up a Peak SRT trip next year? There was one mentioned a couple years ago on one of the forums which sounded great fun (surfacing from a manhole cover in a play park or something?).

Thats the Masson to Youds through trip. Its rather wet and squeezy through the coffin level but the Abseil in is good fun. I wouldnt mind doing it again tbh.

I seem to remember somebody saying on the mini-bash that these big, dry, clean slate mines had a lot going for them and next year's mini-bash could be all slate :lol:

That cable car goes up a hell of a way presuming its the HoA one. Is the vertical drop underground the same?

Rich - yes, you're going from the top of Masson Hill down to river level with the Gentlewoman's-Youds trip.... Odin is a much lesser drop purely in height terms, but that grey mud is unmistakeable and all-covering - worth it to see the cartgate chamber though!
